Assuming the Ipod Touch/ Iphone one is a spin off of MGS, not a sequel. I hope it isn't a sequel.

im sure when kojima says "starting from zero", he means other games, not metal gear solid 5. metal gear solid 5 is still in question.

Cutscenes should be shorter(IMO not a huge flaw with MGS4 though). Thought the stories making no sense is an exaggeration. It's hard to follow at times but that's only because you need to know the plot of previous MGS games to fully enjoy it. Saying MGS's story made no sense is like saying Xenosaga's story made no sense.

MGS4 was already pretty westernised, at least in terms of the camera and controls.

As for the cutscene thing: I'd like MGS5 to have cutscenes the same length as MGS3. That one got the gameplay to cutscene ratio just about perfect.

I highly disagree with point #1.

The next MGS will most likely be another PS3 exclusive, Kojima made a masterpiece because he had alot to work with on the PS3, and I think he's overly satisfied with the sales that it broke. Sorry 360, Kojima

You would think from all of the MAC's, Ipods, PS3's, PSP's, Sony Ericcson's and the whole Insert Disc 2 joke people would get that Kojima is sticking with Sony and PS3

The westernification of MGS...... Back in the day I thought it was a game from a Western dev...Serious what is so Japanese about MGS?

Before MGS4, MGS games were Japanese in terms of camera and controls. Other than that though, the games are very much Western which is why the series is way more popular in the US and Europe than in Japan.
