In another thread I posted this:

Pretty impressive lineup for Vizio. Amazon, Blockbuster and Netflix VOD, Pandora, Flickr, Rhapsody, plus any other Yahoo widget are going to be built into their new tvs and they are in talks with HULU.

If the console makers don't step it up, they are going to get left behind. Just having one or two services is not going to cut it.

Not only video, they have a keyboard on their remote so there is probably other future functionality planned.

hello how are you.

Around the Network

This LG watch phone doesn't seem too bad compared to past efforts. If you click the link, there is a video.

If it has bluetooth then it would actually be usable, but I bet the battery life is short.

yea its very cool. I think the Vaio mini laptop is really well designed. For a small portable laptop it looks 50X better than other minis on the market.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.
