I'm going with Bioshock 2 or RE5.

I wouldn't say FF13, because NEVER has an FF game earned an aggregate score worthy of it's legacy.

Actually, add GTA4: Lost and Damned with those 2 at the top, since it'll be reviewed stand alone.
