I feel the PS3 has finally STALLED...TRENDs show that whenever a console has a worse holiday season after a good one....its on its way down in terms of:

A. consumer mindshare

B. marketshare

Here goes:

2009 -- 10 Million -- LTD Sales - 29 Million

2010 -- 8 Million -- LTD Sales - 37 Million

2011 -- 6 Million -- LTD Sales - 43 Million

2012 -- 4 Million -- LTD Sales - 47 Million (support & development stopped as SONY annouces PS4)

2013 -- 2 Million -- LTD sales - 49 Million

2014 -- 1 Million -- LTD Sales - 50 Million

What do you guys think....too optimistic?

lol. Your "predictions" seem farfetched and well......did you even put much thought into them or just threw out a random number to fit your agenda? The xbox selling 100 million with the PS3 only doing 50? How in the hell do you see the xbox jumping ahead by 50 million when the PS3 is keeping within the same numbers as the 360 within the year time and being double priced. Also, the PS3 has already begin taking over others from the 360 and this is again with a price tag that is double that of the 360s. What do you think will happen when the PS3 is priced competitively? Obviously you think the 360 will flourish from it and the PS3 will stop selling because of it?......right. You should really change your sig because there's a strong disturbance in the force that a biased fanboy is what you are.

It would be an absolute catastrophe if it can only sell 50 million. I say it can easily reach 80 million. Probably 100 million when it's lifespan is up. That may sound craz(z)y to some, but it's what I see happeneing.
