There's a knock at my door. I think it's the FBI visiting.

for me its the home office

Look whats going to happen is the UN are not going to do anything. US and Britain are permanent members and can veto any legal challenge against the Iraq war evidece, torture uses and everything else.

US Congress arn't going to do anything, its all about keeping congress civil and avoiding division. Of course its prob. also because people like Pelosi actually sat in on debates about the use of torture and seemingly supported the action.

Basically despite masses of clear and legally sound evidence that it was all lies nothing will happen.

Plus side, apparently Obama has chosen security people that will not ignore the US constitution or international laws of war in the future.

George Bush retires with a 200 k pa thank you from the public.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

What a farce. People getting honored for supporting freedom when all the domestic legislation to combat the war on terror involved reducing the wests freedoms. If the "war" was an ideological one the west surely lost.

Who cares about ideology. Read about the Security industry bubble that has occured since 9/11 (naomi klein). Its bigger than anything the IT 90's boom created and its making every rich politician very very rich.

Fear and all its associated xray scanners, guns and secuirity cameras have created a new booming industry, the biggest since the IT boom, and it will most likely continue as the green boom kicks in.
