Well safe guess is that the game is being developed in NA so we can discount a Team ICO game, anything from EU etc. With that said the next Insomniac game sounds about right which if so is pretty meh.

Does not matter anyway, Sony are going to discontinue the Playstation brand so MS can buy every Sony IP for the 360 according to people here with very short attention spans and victims of Sony killing there dog. :(

Oooh, I'd love to hear about the new R&C game. In case you guys didn't know, I'm a huge fan of the series, and absolutely loved ToD (and even thought Q4B was decent).
