Most of these predictions are FAR too soon, catprog is spot on.
The 720 will be the first one out because MS know how much that 12 month head start made a difference. Still it won't happen before 2012, they want to make as much profit from the 360 as possible, the Slim is around the corner which will give it a boost for another 2 years at least. Then there are more price cuts available to them, all SKUs could still drop another 50% over the next couple of years.
Not sure why anyone would think that Nintendo would plan on releasing a new console in 18-20 months when their current one is still sold out around the world and has been for more than 2 years. Let the first one stop selling first, they haven't even cut the price yet and Wii Motion Plus is a couple of months away which will bring a whole new dimension to upcoming games.
As for Sony, well they need to be able to afford a PS4 first
