ok so if FFVII were to be remade with HD graphics and a bit of a touch up to the storyline how many copies would it sell? would you buy it?

Kinda agree with you there. 5-7 million seems about right.

Original install base for the 1st game and plus a few million more for the people who missed out on the first experience ( hard to believe that alot of people this gen started on the PS2 as their 1st console).

I beleive it would be a system seller to an abnormal degree, mostly due to hardcore fans and the gamer generation gap

EDIT: Mainly because SE always seem to have another project in mind and never have the time.....sigh this would really be the best selling game on the ps3 for a long time if it were to surpass 7mil.....but then again GT5 may reach this number as well and i hope it does reach 7mil LTD at least

i think almost everyone that played it before will buy it and a lot more people that want to now whats so great about it will buy it too, so if the first one sold 9.72 millions LTD the remake if is well made will sell 10+ millions
