I read this a few days ago, one thing you should add in your OP is that it probably will be FREE DLC.

 It will be free. It's Valve.

 

I doubt Valve will see any money from the 360 DLC either. Valve have said many times that extra content is a reward for buying the game. They see it as supporting the game not making a quick buck from content that should have been included from the start.
