        Not based on poor sales at the moment but more on the way the system has been trending in different facets for some time.

Yeah, but the time of the year still doesn't affect too much how much you'll get for it.  PS3's are everywhere and the 60gig's are always going to be out of stock.

A lot of people have it in there heads that Sony is going to release a PS2 emulator for the PS3 since they have plans to release PS2 games over PSN.

stupid idea... i got tons of friends who has a wii and they never play it bevacuse the facts are there are oo games for it.
how you see it or not the biggest games still commig for ps3

final fantasy 13 ff13 versus whie knigh chronicles killzone2 god of war3 etc.

but its your choice soo..

Or get a good PC. Last year there was published more games for PC than there is even games for PS360. :P

Anyway this will eventually happen to every console there is. So be on the winning side. ^^ ->

I think the biggest thing is, is that he's trading it in for a Wii. I can see if it was for 360 because thats understandable (better online, wanting to play with friends, games that appeal to him more than the other console(PS3)). But the Wii which has the worst online ever, the only games which are good for the system are SSBB,LoZ:TP, and SMG. 2 out of 3 of those are considered casual and it isnt brawl.

ps3 has better online @ dedicated servers ftw.
