oh yeah, totally forgot about silent hill for PSP, it was a good game actually :) I think it's not the genre that doesn't fit in handheld world, it depends if the developers have the ability to produce a decent game for it, and that goes for every genre ;)

Around the Network

Oh, I just watched some Youtube videos of the game, and it was awesome.

I loved both of them, but I did like PE2 better, the gameplay is cooler.

The gameplay in the second P.E is more action oriented, it gives you a faster pace, more in line of what a handheld game would be like, closer to the Crisis Core mechanics ;). The first P.E was a slower, much more thoughtful mechanic, not quite turn based, as you could move around, but very dependent on the ATB bar (well, when you're level 38, on the chrysler building, with Haste, you have insanely fast turns xD)

I liked PE2 a lot too, but i found the story in the first PE far more interesting, and the way Aya is portrayed on the first i think it's also better, but mainly it's because she wasn't still used to all the mitocondrial power that she had, unlike in the second, were she seems more self-confident and powerful ;)

Funny enough, this is one of the main reasons I absolutely love PE2.

IMO, PE1 was just an "okay" JRPG with an interesting story but PE2 was the "awesomest" survival horror game I've ever played period!

"Dr. Tenma, according to you, lives are equal. That's why I live today. But you must have realised it by now...the only thing people are equal in is death"---Johann Liebert (MONSTER)

"WAR is a racket. It always has been.

It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives"---Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler

Well we have to agree that the series is great, and Aya is the greatest xDDD
