For a system is quality. The system needs to pertain to both type of gamers (casual and hardcore). The console needs have a good exclusives. Another thing is online. The online service has to be the most popular feature with consoles these days. The online gaming can't only depend on developers to bring good quality to the online play. The system has to play a huge role in providing quality to each software title. The online service has to provide the console with great online games (free online games, if possible). They are lot of stuff that are important for a system. The most important one, in my opinion, has to be the quality of the console and developers of each game that is released on that console will do the rest.
