Forums - Gaming - Little Big Planet for Wii...

This is the second time you've made a thread about this. The first time was that Animal Crossing for Wii is casual crap but on the Gamecube was not. Im pretty the only games that are called "casual crap" are aimed at casuals and are relatively crappy in quality.

This thread is about the OP asking for a ban.
This is obviously a trolling thread...

you should give your opinion or leave.

He's not calling the game casual. He's asking if the game would be immediately labeled as "casual crap" had it been released for the Wii, as that tends to be a trend with some of the games released for the system. That being said, this is an unnecessary thread that could never lead to lively debate and would most certainly end in the flame wars.

This.

People like to label many Wii games as casuals just for they're will.

The maximum example I got right now is Mario Kart. It was never a casual game, now it is released on the Wii, yes it is.

Who said that so I can punch them in the face? o_O

I have to say this though: bikes + automatic = wayyy too easy to win for novice players.

Many people in other threads. Because MKwii outselled both versions of GTA4 wich is "the game of the generation".

Mario Kart's always been casual friendly. Do you you even know what a casual game is? It's something with little to no learning curve that you can just pick up and play whenever.

That doesn't mean it's bad or that gamers can't enjoy it.

Your a hardcore horrible troll you know that?

Fixed. ;)

And this is wirthing another ban. More of this and you're both reported.

Troll.

LMAO!

Anyway, it appears to me the funny little OP doesn't know the difference between a good casual game and a bad one. So I'll break it down as easily as I know I can.

BAD:

GOOD:

Yehaw.

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

Hey, don't include Wii Play with the likes of that crap. It does what it's made to do, which is demo the controller's uses. For a $10 game it's well made and pretty enjoyable.

Grammatically ambiguous much?

Is he bad at trolling, or is he a troll, which makes him a bad person??

And yeah, Wii Play was the best $10 I've spent since I bought a Super Nintendo for $8. The tank game alone is worth $10

You don't know how business works do you? Sony OWNS the IP, and thus will want to make the game available only for their consoles, because it generates the most revenue.  It would probably happen if Nintendo offered to help Sony recoup their losses with the profits they've made thus far this gen.

Aside from derailing your own thread One_touch_KO, we'll get back to the discussion at hand.

While I don't think LittleBigPlanet port will happen for the wii anytime soon, or ever for that matter. One can definately see the wii-side of this game, the motion controls for the game would be a nice touch, but aside from motion controls. There is absolutely no reason for LittleBigPlanet to be on the wii.

Now, calling LittleBigplanet casual kiddy crap is a terrible, terrible claim and can only be spouted by one whom I believe havn't played the game. This game is far from kiddy, while it may appear kiddy at first glance. There is alot of depth behind this and the creativity, patience, and skill required to make a fantastic unique and original level is beyond kiddy levels.

People say the same thing about Pokemon, and it's sold millions. I've bitched at A LOT of gamers who think they are too hardcore for Pokemon for its characters, as the metagame for the franchise is what makes it so good.

LBP would go do good on the Wii with motion controls, as when you start to build a level or stage, you have the cursor of the Wii-mote pointing at the screen and directing where to place an object, obstacle or whatever on the map to construct something. That's what most people are thinking and saying that if LBP was on the Wii. Who cares about the graphics, as it doesn't make the game playable (Lair says hi on that).

If the graphics are manageable enough for the eyes to see what's going on and the gameplay is great, then it's a good game. If the game focuses too much on the graphics more than the gameplay, it can cause problems a la Lair. See what we are talking about?
