It looks like Sega may release 4 million selling titles for the Wii next year.  Good for them.

awesome, go sega!

i'll be buying 3 of those wii games

hehe. Looks like Sega does what Nintendon't!

And yes, Madworld will hit one million.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

Sega............... I salute you

Out of the four wii games, Mad world I think is the least likely to hit a million. Who is Mad World going to appeal to that No More Heroes didn't? A few extra will be grabbed by the art style but 600,000 extra?

The previous Sonic game hit 1 million, so there's a chance for Black Knight to do so.

RE Umbrella chronicles hit 1 million so it's at least possible for another light gun shooter to do so.

The conduit has a buttload of hype behind it, is making every attempt at being a "modern" FPS, and while I think it may struggle (looking at the latest COD), I think it can hit 1 million. Metroid Prime 3 and Red Steel both managed.

But Mad World? The closest game to it as a reference mark is No More Heroes, which while beloved is struggling to hit 400k. It had plenty of internet ads, exposure, clips on gametrailers, good to great reviews, word of mouth, and less than 400k. I think Mad World is going to have it's work cut out for it.

My thoughts exactly. Except S&TSR will hit 2m any day now.   My best hope for MadWorld is it'll control similar to Godfather and be tons of fun.  But it's still very niche.   Bizarre art styles never sell well.

the games i will buy from sega next year

- House of the Dead -Overkill

- Madworld

- Sonic and the Black Knight

- The Conduit

- Bayonetta

this is the most sega games i bought since the dreamcast days.

Also Outrun Online. Can be very fun.

Play my LittleBigPlanet level: Mystic Runner. Thanks!

I'm a sucker for mechs so Stormrise actually looked interesting in that trailer it may have to be something I check out even if only a rental...maybe i should get gamefly lol.. (anyone with any experience on that?)

As for games I will end up buying MAdworld and the Conduit are the only ones certain for me.
