In all seriousness, the basic rule is: learn to know the company. What did they do, what are there core-competences, who is the CEO (and if possible, who is the guy interviewing you) and show that you did your research. You can place interest into both good things surrounding the company (heard you guys where chosen as one of the "great places to live/work") and the bad ("Heard you guys had some trouble finding good people in sales?")

Also, be honest about what you can do and who you are, following up by what you can do to compensate. For instance you might nog be precise, but you can work extra hard and recheck everything you did.

Last, it's better to over-dress then under-dress. You should be able to make a good guess based on research but when in doubt, show up nicely dressed.

dress smart, talk professionally (dont use slangs), do some research on the company you are applying the job for and talk about what you know about them. maintain eye contact when you are speaking to the interviewer/s, oh and lie, dont say anything negative about your self, no matter what.

don't cross you your arms or legs when you are sitting, dont say a word like "no" it is negative word, use alternative words.

There is some job interview advice at a little after 3:45 in this clip:

Seriously:

As has been stated: dress smart, know the company (mostly from their website and just google their name) and know current events in your field (read a couple of professional magazines) or in general (read newspapers that week). Get to the interview about 10 minutes early. Bring with you the following: 3 copies of your resumé (C.V.) and any document they required for your application (one for you and one for your interviewer in case he doesn't have a copy and a third in case you'll be interviewed by a panel. Also bring a pen and paper to take notes during the interview (you can also have a page of questions you want to ask them) such as what they are offering (remember you are interviewing them too) and take down the names of the people interviewing you (since you will be sending them a thank you letter the next day). Make sure you smile and treat every one you meet with great respect because you never know who they might be. That means be nice and courteous to the secretary too. Be yourself, Chapset. You're a good guy. :)

Well, maybe what I wrote doesn't apply to part time jobs, but keep most of it in mind for career path interviews. :)
