I call them up last night to ask how much it would cost to get the L button fixed on my Limited Edition Zelda DS. He said that my DS was past it's warranty but he'd still fix it for free. They rock! I didn't even have to pay for shipping!

Agreed. I sent in my Wii (dirty lense) and they fixed it up for free. They even sent in free shipping labels. Got it back in about a week or 2, and everything was good as new.




Yeah, my Wii broke twice now, and both times they were patient, informed, and fast! :D
