Whichever one your getting, you can get a sweet deal on amazon for them. They usually go for less then $30. Got my Warhawk + Headset bundle for $16 :P

Better game: Warhawk
Better headset: The Official Playstation 3 headset that comes with SOCOM.

Both games are fun, but I find Warhawk more enjoyable. Warhawk has no lag at all while SOCOM still has a few lags and glitches, but if your main priority is a headset, then get SOCOM. The next update should be coming in soon which contains trophies and it'll fix a lot of problems.
