That is VGChartz LONGEST review. And it's NOT Cute Kitten DS

Sure, that's why 2 million Xbox Arcades were sold =p

Castlevania Judgment FC:     1161 - 3389 - 1512

3DS Friend Code:   3480-2746-6289

Wii Friend Code: 4268-9719-1932-3069

dont really think so. I think it has helped 360 more than wii.

currently playing: Skyward Sword, Mario Sunshine, Xenoblade Chronicles X

Dont even know if the 360 really sells at this point, even with the price cut. Seems their reputation is tainted because of RROD. Reminds me of blue screen of death, thats MS for you. If not, 360s are selling like hotcakes right now...

Come to think about it, I never thought the PS3 could be so low... very low. And I thought PS3 and 360 have the same even numbers but guess not...

Yes, though i think its more likely due to the Wii's over all appeal to everyone who hasn't got one yet but also the family appeal. xbox cannot say that about their machine and if everyone is staying home this christmas they will be needing some "family entertainment".

Also, look at past examples of recessions. Usually movies, light entertainment, have been the most popular products at these times. People don't want drama, what they want is good natured, disney type, forget the economy sort of experiences.

This also suits the entire Wii message perfectly, since customers know the Wii is about fun and shared entertainment.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Yes. I think that there's a definate feeling of urgency going on right now in america. People have noticed that the economy is in a downturn, and they feel they need to buy the Wii now, because otherwise they will not be able to afford it later. So next year Wii will drop like a bomb, because everyone is hoarding it now.
