I've seen much more halo fans complaining about KZ2 being called a halo killer, than KZ2 fans actually calling it a halo killer... Straw Man much?

Halo warz will kill halo, not in the good way but in the bad way....it's simply people that like halo the FPS are gonna be shocked with they find out that halowarz is a strategy game.

Not really. Halo killer was created by the press. They ran with it and caused it to spread like wildfire. What would you expect the average cliche speaking drone on a forum to mouth? Obviously any buzzword garbage the press throws at them. For instance try these on for size; casual, hardcore, waggle, delaystation, next-gen, etc.

That's kind of funny being that most the posts here are still accusing PS3/KZ2 fans of calling "the Halo killer".

Which upcoming game on the Wii are you the most excited about?

I'll give you two. First, I am looking forward to The Conduit. I enjoy shooters, but have not been very good once the dual stick controllers came out. I loved the targeting ease of Metroid Prime 3, so I feel I'm "back in the game" with shooting games. I had a chance to try out The Conduit during our Fall Media Summit and came away really impressed. I know that team has continued to work very hard on the game, so I'm really excited to try out the finished version.

 If Reggie, Prez of Nintendo, is most excited about the Conduit of all upcoming releases then the game may'be more likely to be of high quality.

Halo Killer, looking more and more likely.

"Halo Killer" is gamer-speak for what we older folks call "Doom Clones." It means you point at some stuff and shoot it, but now with the added insinuation of "and maybe it's better than this other similar game."

Halo Killer is a lame term used by fanboys that makes me sick. I too thought about starting up a thread about this, but figured it was a waste.

Time is what will eventually Kill Halo, over time less and less people will play it.

This is why Halo is a great series. The gameplay just engages players.
