There are a few 360 games that support 360/PC cross-platform play already. I don't think it'll really catch on, though.

It's been done with some games. But sorry console guys, but I won't allow movement speeds or aiming speeds to be dumbed down, so you would honestly be screwed as hell against mouse and keyboard in many games.
