i haven't owned a ice hockey game in a few years and was thinking of picking one up. question, is there some defense now a days or is it the same skate up the ice, take the shot rinse and repeat method.

Best hockey game ever. The defense is pretty good on the higher difficulties. There's a lot of shot blocking and pass interceptions.

good, i might pick it up if it has some D in it. ether that or I'm thinking about Far Cry 2 but i really need to add to my sports collection.

I've been playing EA's offerings from NHL 99 and onwards.........this is their best hockey game ever.
