I'd probably take PSN/XMB updates over Home now.

It s already 2 years late...  Give them a break...

Back on topic though.  Home has been scaled so far back from its original vision that its release is becoming a non-event.  I can see the potential, but I don't see them getting there anytime soon.

I wonder if the final product will be less asinine than the current version.

i'd hope not, why not release it at a time when you can grab some attention and maybe move a few consoles instead of right after everyone as finish their xmas shopping.

I have the beta. Not much to do in it right now though they promise to be adding a lot and a lot of the content has been taken away from the beta. So much in fact that there isn't much to do other then chat with other people.
