Is FF VI *that* big of an upgrade over the previous version? How much extra stuff is there? Will it seem like a pretty good upgrade/remake or.....just another remake?

I never beat FFVI when I got it, so I'm really eying the FFVI advance but i'm just wondering if it is a big deal or no.

Do you mean FFVI advance? Besides the fact that it's an awesome game and works well on a handheld, it has two new dungeons and 3 new espers as well as the right translated text.

So to answer your question, yes, it's worth it.
