If they released it at $19.99 then yes, I think a PS2 or Wii port would be very successful. However, I don't know if that's a good business decision to sell a $100 million product at $19.99. But what do I know.

 

Ehm it sold some 5 million copies less than SA, so it's quite clear that not all fans have taken the plunge...

Eventually there will be a GTA Wii though. Hopefully in the old style, but more stylized.

Just because a very hyped game sells a ton at $19.99 doesn't mean everyone that bought the game is a fan and will purchase all future games.  I think it would do well on the PS2 if it was at most $29.99.  But they have already spent $100 million on the project and I don't think they want to spend more in development costs to downgrade a game that was supposed to be the game of this generation for piddling money.
