There are two characters who you can chose from skies of arcadia on dreamcast. They are Vyse and Aika...both of them are on the cover. Just an easter egg that sega leftn for us ;)

Also, are there any other characters from any other games?

They also like working with each other in the game and are some of the better characters in their respective classes (shock trooper and scout).
