Forums - Gaming Discussion - Have any of you heard of the "Vii"?

Why dont they track the Vii on VGchartz? Poor Chinese are always left out.

I'd buy one just for shits and giggles. It'd be a great conversation piece. Plus a neat paper weight.

That's the one which is destroying gaming, isn't it?

You should congratulate me. I destroyed the vile red falcon and saved the universe. I consider myself a hero.

The Vii is just a fad.

I suspect Vii is basically GBA with motion control.

Yes, I saw it on some Chinese show that was on like last year.

It's definitely not as good as those 100 in 1 game carts for the NES that bootleggers were selling like twenty years ago.

Yeah, I've heard it.  It's old news.

Here is a picture of Vii's insides.

The most impressive piece of technology is the state-of-the-art lead weight on the right. The Chinese are catching up.

I actually saw one in a videogame store here in Japan that usually carries some "imported" games/systems. The funny thing was that the price of the Vii was about 28,000 yen, which is more expensive than a real Wii (which costs 25,000 yen)!!! hahaha.
