Norton: Protection Center

AVG 8.0 Free Edition.

Ive used McAfee/Norton garbage! At least at the times I had them.

Vista - None. It's not necessary if you use Firefox and addons e.g. NoScript.

Linux - None. Because it doesn't get malware.

avast!

Never had any problems with it, I like it

I use Norton because it has a free lifetime subscription with my internet provider. I have WindowsCare V2, spy sweeper, and whatever else i download during the month.

I don't have any antivirus. They often make the computer sluggish and unstable.

If my computer gets a virus I'll deal with it later. Using Vista already provides a certain amount of protection.

My Mario Kart Wii friend code: 2707-1866-0957

on Windows, Clam AV
on Linux, none

and for anyone who thinks antivirus on windows is not necessary, you are wrong. Even if you use firefox/adblock/noscript/whatever

Help! I'm stuck in a forum signature!

I've been running without an antivirus for years and no problems so far. The last time I got a virus was long ago on Windows 95.

Vista - None. Because using common sense is the best protection.
