I don't get it...
This is all about opinion. I mean, control wise, Tiger Woods 09 is far better on Wii but then there are graphics... Same thing for Madden 09. Call of Duty is an online game (otherwise it's only worth a rental) and since it's sales are by far the best on 360. Games like Guitar Hero are also very subjective, I greatly prefer the Wii experience but songs may be cheaper on other versions and the graphics are a little better. For GTA4, it looks and runs better on PS3 but some people may like the 360 better because while it is not as good, there is extra content.
Yeah, this thread is way to subjective to take serious. I disagree with the OP on many of his choices and I game on all 3 systems plus PC.

1. If you think it's too subjective, please read the key at the bottom before you mouth off... It has a specific thing about control/graphics...
2. Guitar Hero is not really that subjective... I'm sure 99% of people would rather have fully compatible instruments, and better and more full DLC offerings (Wii = no Jimi Hendrix is one example), and P.O.D., than have Mii Freestyle...
3. Most people already take this thread seriously, and you are the first to bash it...
4. I did not make all choices on my own... I made about 5 on my own, and the rest were either completely community-based, or are either mix of community-based information and widespread knowledge...
your first post is screwed up. Also, I have to say I really like this thread, but could you change the background of the chart to something besides blinding green
EDIT: (maybe even alternate row colors, which is easy to do, just set the color then pick apply to even/odd rows)

You caught me while editing DX, that's why it's screwed-up looking...
I'd be fine with changing the colors, but I'd have to talk to Darklich about it...

Well, I have 2 different GH games of Wii and they are compatible with GHWT. The actual guitar is better on Wii in GH 3, GH A, and GHWT. I don't know, maybe that is why all 3 GH games on Wii sell better on Wii than any other system. It will be no shock when GH5 sells better on Wii than any other system. The game is a better experince and less expensive to get into to boot. Mii Freestyle just goes beyond anything Xbox 360 is capable of doing. About DLC, you are right. That is a very subjective part. On 1 hand, there are a few songs that are not going to be for pay DLC content on Wii but with the 100s and likely eventual 1000s of free DLC songs for the game, does a handful of pay DLC really matter? No according to me and millions of others out there.

This is not a criticism for I think it's good work , but some hopefully positive suggestions.
The control vs. graphics evaluation is essentially impossible since different individuals attach very different importances to each.
For example, I switched from the PC (incredible graphics) to the Wii because I like the control system so much better, I don't care about the graphics at all.
Others will feel just as strongly the other way.
My suggestions:
1. Score the items seperately so people can make their own evaluations (something like consumer report's red and black synbols)
2. Why rank the games at all. Just give the most objective listing of the different featurs, advantages, disadvantages and skip the very subjective nature of weighing the differences
3. Had you considered including approx. sales. They can be a useful indicator. For example, I would expect the 360 version to normally outsell the PS3 version because of the difference in user base. If I saw a PS3 version outsell the 360 version, that would be a strong indication that the PS3 version was in some way superior.

Great thread.
I'm just surprised by the results.
