- Not always cold/Not always hot(Winter->Snow, Summer->Hot)

Nah, English fans can be just as loud (plus everything sounds louder when filmed from the stands) for example in the last England friendly vs Germany there were 7'000 England fans and 83'000 German fans and throughout the whole match you rarely heard the German fans. I know this isnt a league match but it shows just how loud they can be.

Also dont confuse vandelism for passion for football ;)

Well, I'm not pro vandalism, while I have to agree that our supporters sometimes go out of control (and I don't like when that happens), most of the time they don't, and those are the times when it's a joy to watch.

And I'm not saying that the English are not passionate supporters, I know they are, and much more than other countries, but for me, there's no place more passionate than South America

We have beaches in summer, and mountains in winter.
The best wine(yet), very good food.

Then it would have to be the Netherlands, because the Netherlands has everything they do in scandinavia, the dutch can import french wines and cheeses, the dutch have a football team in the same league of Argentina,

But the Dutch also have:

Legalized Marihuana

Laws allowing gay marriage

Tax paying / legally protected prostitutes

Legalized Euthanasia

A very strict separation between religion and law (in practice too due to lack of religious people in the country)

i.e. the average European country in 2035

Unfortunately though, the Netherlands has no mountains and so will be completely under water by 2035.
