I think sony should have 3 models on the market.

First Model:

Bring back the original 60gb model at a lower price point of $299.99

Second Model:

Keep the 80gb model at $399.99 with littlebigplanet

Third Model:

Keep the 160gb model at $499.99 with killzone 2, psn card worth $20, include a hdmi cable and headset.

Cut the price of the PS3 by 300 dollars and start a massive marketing campaign. That should help them dominate.

Unrealistic, with Sony's current production capacities the PS3 won't be able to outsell the Wii, much less dominate it.

Well, I thought you of all people would realize that was sarcasm (since that strategy is absolutely impossible and would bankrupt Sony).

Build a time machine, go back to 2004 and "Bitch-Slap" the fool who came up with the idea that you can launch a console at a price above $300 and still become the most popular console on the market.

Sony have to be purchased by Nintendo to dominate otherwise it doesn have any chance to take the lead this gen.

Nintendo could purchase Sony if things keep going the direction they are right now.

A price drop of 100 and a decent bundle thrown in to boot.

Nothing. They can't dominate. The Wii is the big selling console this gen and that's just the way it is.

Also they need to be profitable, not dominant. If they are not profitable, there will NEVER be a PS4. Why can't Sony fanboys realize tha--- never mind. You're gamers, not business minded people ...
