Yeah, but in this case we have the SAME genre, FPS.  The SAME vote.  And Halo gets a hate vote and the Duke gets a love vote.  I don't understand it, unless it's "so bad it's good", in which case ... I seriously disagree that the humor is good enough to outweigh genuine quality for an entire franchise.
