@Lord, I do not mean to incite flames, but I believe I have established myself as Palin's biggest fan and have created the 2 biggest Palin threads of several pages each. I'm studying her every move. When she actually does answer a question she never fails to say "this great state of Alaska" or "so many great Americans" or "this great country." She's establishing both her immense love for America and her folksiness through repetition. It's a campaign tactic and it's amazing.
She also turns a question about her credentials into opportunities to dispel the myth that Alaska doesn't have access to media (such as magazines and newspapers) and "culture" while never addressing the credentials question.

WTF! That was so disturbing! She was supposed to have been there to "pardon" a turkey, and then the guy in the back is sitting there slaughtering turkeys! I was just watching him the whole time trying to be nonchalant about it while Palin was sitting there talking. I was laughing my ass off at how poorly this whole thing was staged the entire video!
