well now that we know what the dlc is anyone else think MS payed way too much for this?  i mean..whoopty-fucking-doo.

Well there is a second expansion coming in the future also, and we don't know what that'll bring yet. Still though, even if both are simply side stories, or they are islands, or they are Vice City and San Andreas, or they are horse armor, it doesn't matter. The only way MS would have paid too much is if this doesn't pan out in sales.

P.S.: I'm not positive but wasn't the $50 million a loan?

 

I believe an advance on profits.  So, if this makes microsoft 50 million or more... they're squre.

If it doesn't... they have to pay microsoft back.

It seems like MS is in the clear either way then, outside of the inevitable marketing costs come next February.

I learn that this DLC is another 10 hrs of gameplay in GTAIV
and a whole new story in a fresh city
cant wait to get it!!
