It's certainly cheap, I saw someone buy a 360 today for his ~9 year old son at our local Media today. 149 Euro with 256 MB memory card, Sega Superstar tennis and an arcade disc. That's less than you pay for a PSP over here!

I also saw an old man (I guess for his grandson regarding Sinterklaas celebration) buy a 245 Euro Wii with Wii Sports and a ~30 year old guy with his lady buy a 460 Euro PS3 with 2 dualshock controllers, Motorstorm Pacific Rift and LittleBigPlanet.

BTW, a 60 GB HDMI enabled 360 together with Gears of War 2 only costed 229 Euro, so less than a Wii with Wii Sports. I think Microsoft is focussing a lot on Europe right now, it should do well this christmas. Sales wise I expect the 360 have its peak for its lifecycle this upcoming holiday season.
