Like TRios_Zen said, do your research. I don't own a 360 yet, that's just an option I was considering for buying one.
To my understanding, you can order a 20GB from Microsoft after purchasing an Arcade. They're trying to get rid of the 20GGB hard drives, so I don't know how much longer that deal will last.
