I would expect the MMO's main developing platform to be PC, since FFXI obviously made much more money on PC than on consoles. And now that the MMO market is several times bigger, it's even more important to focus on PC.

didn't know. But still, SE is using the Crystal Tools engine for their "next-gen" games, and CT is primarily developed on PC then ported to consoles. Since their MMO is targeted at PS360PC, and being an MMO, I would say it's 99% certain to it being developed on PC first.
