Hope they fix the shotgun and the invincible chainsaw too

Good, the wait times were a little long.

The shotgun is multiple times better in fairness in Gears 2 then 1. The chainsaw has gotten overpowered though, but the reasoning is because its not supposed to be a close combat shooter. We can't help it if its just more fun that way.

Love the game, I hope this fixes things a bit and makes it faster.

To me thinking that the shotty is better is just rediculous, they could've kept it the way it was(less laggy) and make it less acurate while shooting from the hip, it would've been much better that way, the shotgun just doesn't feel as good as in the first one and going over obstacles is just not as good as in the old one too. The guys that say it doesn't take any skills to use the shotgun in the first one never played the game or got owned multiple times with some people that knows how to use it.
Those smoke grenades sucks also, in territories its just stupid that everyone tactics goes into trowing there smoke grenades inside the circle at every respawn.

The update must have worked I can find a game in less than 45 seconds now...

That's awesome, I had been not playing because I've been waiting for the matchmaking issues to be fixed.

I think the chainsaw definitely needs an overhaul, I think the shotgun is fine as well as the smoke grenades. Smoke grenades give the game more skill to me. A smoke nade isn't a instant quitter and requires you to go up to their face with the shotgun, I love it!

yess finally. i was playing horde today and i swear it took about 10 minutes to find a team. Did they say when they would be able to fix it?
