Most Jews in the US are/look white, because they emigrated from Europe. Most Jews IN Israel don't look Middle Eastern, they look like white Jews; because they too emigrated from Europe. Of course there are Jews of Middle Eastern, and African and Spanish decent.

Most Jews are Ashkenazi (80%), Sephardic are most of the rest and very few are Mizrahi Jews.
