Today marks the second birthday of my Xbox 360 in North America. I can't believe I have owned this console for two years already! This thread sends thanks out to Microsoft for giving us a truly amazing console. We had a bit of a rough start, but for me, things have gone up eversince Gears launched.

The last two years have deffinitly taken my gaming experience with the Xbox brand to the next level. Mandatory mentions go to Halo 3, Gears of war 2, Gears of war 1, COD4, GTAIV, Assassins Creed, Ninja Gaiden 2, Mass effect, Soul Calibur, DMC4, Banjo N&B, Forza, Lost oddyessy, Fable series, Track and field, Hexic and Hexic 2. I'm sure I missed some!

The future is looking even brighter, here's to (6?) more years with Xbox 360, one of the best consoles I have ever owned.

I dont think you grasped the idea that the other thread was significent, it marked the second year of the PS3 release in N.AMERICA.

I understood the other thread but I wanted to copy it and it wouldnt make sence if i said it was the second year of the 360...

This is a stupid thread ... for starters it was launched on the 22nd and its on its third year ...

If your trying to take the piss out of the happy birthday PS3 thread I don't know why .. it wasn't really bashing the 360 in any way ...

It has come a long way....right before this gen began, who would´ve thought this system would have gotten a lot of franchises previously associated with the PS brand (DMC,Tekken, Ace Combat, Katamari, etc..), would´ve become home to a main Tales game, a Star Ocean, a main Final Fantasy?

And, also maintaining a (roughly) 6 million lead over a Playstation system, evn after 2 years...pretty impressive.
