The Bladestorm demo is up on the Japanese PSN, go download it if you are interestd. It's a Dynasty Warriors clone from the same company that makes those games lol (Koei) and the same developer (Omega Force)....

Why they didn't just call it something warriors is beyond me. This will probably sell some in Japan maybe...

GRAW 2 demo coming to EU store next week.

Jericho demo coming sometime in August apparently (I want this demo).

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, Bladestorm will essentially be the next Kessen game. What looks different about this game is that it's set in a totally different time period as well as country (Kessen 1, 2, and 3 were set in either China or Japan). Bladestorm I believe will be about the 100 years war and will include characters such as Joan of Arc.

That's why it's not '____ Warriors'

Oh I knew about the European and midieval settings I just thought they could have included it in the warriors type of games. It probably would sell better in Japan too that way :P

Apparently this is not a Musou clone as much as I had believed before...

Interest Rising.

Thanks for the info IllegalPaladin, I didn't recognize what Kessen was so I missed what you were saying :)

I would really like to play the Jericho demo as well. The game looks to have a lot of story going into it, and it should be pretty disturbing like Condemned. I don't know if I will buy it new or anything, but I will definitely check it out, especially if the demo is good.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S.
