I buy cigs in New Hampshire. While there is a tax on them there, its extremely low.

Smoking is an awesome social tool. Especially at the mall. People you don't know just start talking to you. You hear peoples life stories, problems and relationships. Whatever it is, it's so easy. It's like a bond, people that smoke just mingle and it's awesome.
