Forums - General Discussion - does anyone have tips on how to sleep better

Lunesta.. It works very well, although it can be expensive and you shouldn't take it for longer than a month.

Stoping thinking about things. An active mind cannot sleep.

Hmm, pie.

Have you ever tried sleeping.... on WEEEED ???

It helps not to watch TV or play games before Bed Time. It's worked for me.
Oh and no surfing the net. I think the glare from the screens makes it harder to sleep.

I've noticed that LCD screens held closer to you (ie PSP, DS and laptops) will keep you up forever.

I'm the opposite. If I'm trying to stay up for something like a TV show or something, I'll wake up on the floor the next morning yelling "Damn! I missed it!!" Sometimes, I rush to try and catch what I missed 4-5 hours later.

The key is to not worry about anything. Nothing ever bothers me.

Listen to a recording of something really boring, like an economics lecture.

Wow! And in the morning you could wake up and be waxing all economic like... "My cereal has a milk deficit; the bowl needs more government spending. Did you know that milk is often one of the key goods in the CPI 'basket'?"

I had trouble sleeping for a while.
Little meditation (about 7 minutes) a night helped me.
