Neversoft invited a few guys from Scorehero.com to come demo the new Guitar Hero and let them have some info they were allowed to divulge. New characters, New Venues, New Songs, News Guitars, New Controller, New Game Modes. Sounds great. The new songs are:

- Suck My Kiss - Red Hot Chili Peppers (Master Track!)

- Number Of The Beast - Iron Maiden (Master Track!!)
- Through The Fire And Flames - Dragonforce (Master Track!!!)

LA Grange is a great choice.

I am still leaning towards Rockstar cause you will be getting new songs weekly from MTV.

The only concern is that there won't be enough members that fill a certain role in the band online but I'm sure with the amount of people out there that there will be.

Looks like The devs were really impressed by all the Dragonforce mods on youtube.

I was excited about Rock Band until i heard most of the track listings. Sure they got a few bigger name bands in it but they picked the top 40's crappy radio songs by those bands. I think Guitar Hero III is going to have a much more solid and fun to play final track listing than Rock Band. And at a fraction of the cost.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

I wonder how much motion control is going to be added for the wii version (is the motion control still on? I hope it's not mandatory though and just for show or an extra mode). Good tracks.

It sounds like the only motion control (that i've read about anyway) is just the tilting the guitar up for star power. Which is on all three systems and the previous ps2 versions so nothing new. I hope it stays like that.
