Seriously 2.0 is the achievement to end all achievements. 100,000 kills between all modes. What are your goals to getting it? Do you ever expect to reach it? How long will it take you? Please keep any campaign spoilers blackened.

I think it's going to take me about 6 months. I plan on doing a lot of multiplayer and Horde Mode for it, but I also intend to replay the campaign. In Act 5 when you ride the Brumack into the final section to topple the pillars, it seems a lot of the enemies are respawning. You could sit there and bang out enemies to your heart's desire. That whole section of Brumack riding put me up over 100 kills in a matter of twenty minutes.

So how about you folks? I predict it'll take Erikers about 9 more days where his eyes will bleed and coffee will be inserted into him through an IV.

And I thought the Zombie Genocider achievement was crazy...

now this is an actual achievement!

I don't think they constantly respawn. There is a crap ton of enemies on that part though. I only have about 2000 kills right now. There is no way in hell that I will get this achievement.

Playing Horde with everyone in the Gamerscore League will do it :) Just came back from a session. Gears 2 confirmed taking over alot of peoples lives till the end of the year.

No that is a sign of way too much free time... But I guess for all you hardcore 360 gamers this will be one that most will not get, so at least there is a game that put something out there for the few that would reach for it.

beat the campain 10 times on casual and you'l get a lot of kills, then just keep playing the online until you get the achievement, its simple. if it was online only, then thats rediculous.

I'm sorta pissed off about that achievement right now. I had like 2000 kills or so and it just reset. Every achievement that involves counting keeps resetting every time I turn off my console.

So I just want to say: Fuck you Gears 2, learn how to count.

gears 1 also had a problem with the achievments. go to the leaderboards and check right now how many revives i have, but no achievment. i have like 200 something revives, no achievment. obviously epic games doesnt care about improving their online- just counting the money MS is paying them, im sorry i had to say that but its very true.

I got 1100 kills with finishing the campaign and I have a feeling I never will/want to get that achievement. (I am already tired of the game)  and what about 'party like 1999'?
