In regards to your question you will not be able to learn a language while sleeping.
Off Topic: If you live in an English speaking country, English is the only language you need to learn. I personally believe other languages are a waste of time. I did both Italian and Japanese at secondary school and I have never used them, so they were a waste of time. I am 25 now.
However if you are in a European, African or Asian country, I recommend you learn to speak English because it is the universal language.
