A politician has to communicate his/her agenda and gain public support for it. If a politician does not successfully communicate his/her ideas, then the likelihood of it being introduced and adopted is slim. I believe that is what the purpose of the site is.

obama is a very partisan individual. and is now trying to convince the people that didnt vote for him, that he is a good guy. everything i said here is factual.

You know why Republicans went for McCain, because they learned from the last guy that telling everyone what they wanted to hear was not good enough. McCain actually got booed on fox news a few times.

If Obama is going to rely on telling people what they want to hear before anything else, then my fellow democrats are going to learn this the hard way as well.

Note I wrote "if". He could go the other way, but this is not a promising start. You can win elections by being a big talker. That isn't good leadership, and he needs to be showing that first and foremost (and not what people just claim is good leadership, which bush got a lot from his hardline supporters).

No, that's www.barackobama.com. If you want to know what a politicians plans are, you can go there. If you want to see a website that the next president of the united states put up, got to change.gov.

He will soon be the leader of the US. Every .mil and .gov site is his instrument. he has whitehouse.gov to tell the people how he plans to lead. Change.gov is not a site telling us what is plans are, it's a site telling us why he thinks his plans are better then Bush's, mostly by talking bad about him.

Both Bush and McCain praised Obama for wining, and showed good character. Posting this, after you have won, to slam the current president, is incredibly poor taste.
