How do i get memory for one harddive to another?

There should be a link at the bottom on how to get the transfer cable. If you buy the 120gb HD it comes with the cable already.

Other option if it's small items (games saves) you could move them from the HD #1 > Memory card then from Memory Card > HD #2.

So, what about downloads that I may have bought?

 

I've heard that there is some kind of account transfer you can do once a year, but does that cover ALL DLC?  Full games, Demo's, tracks for Rock Band, etc?!

HDD>HDD will transfer fine, it's console>console that causes problems with DRM.
