For the gamers who have beaten the game, what did you think about the cliffhanger ending? It totally caught me by surprise when Nathan Hale dies and gets shot in the head. I think my jaw dropped. Solid Snake was said to die in MGS4 as was master chief in Halo 3 and Harry Potter in the final book, however they all lived. I thought that those characters living after being hyped up to die so much was a huge cop out. I'm actually glad someone had the guts to pull the trigger on there character in the end after saying they would die.

Also, I'm willing to bet my right nut that you will play as a clone of Hale in Resistance 3 seeing as how when you enter that room in the tower there are lots of Nathan Hale clones but they never say anything about it again which I think was in hopes that people wouldn't realise it.

Then again, I'll bet my left, I'm partial to my right.

I thought the ending was great, i never expected any of that. The final 4min run when you have those crazy powers was a nice touch. But the story was so much shorter then R1 it seemed, i would of liked another 4hours atleast. Maybe showing the defense's they had built up or life during the two year skip they had at the start.

But overall it was a solid story with great moments.

Ohh too bad for Hale.

 Yea, the final four minutes with the force powers was incredible. Blowing chimera into blood and guts with a wave of the hand was just pure sex. I'm not sure personally if I would want it any longer. The game seemed paced perfectly and if they had made it  any longer I might have gotten bored with it. The first one wasn't paced as well and near the end I just wanted it to end already even though I loved the game. I personally prefer the story of 2. It has a lot more twists to it. You can see a lot of influences in the game such as when the final boss's tentacle rips through your friends chest and brings him up towards him and rips him in half is a rip off from a scene in Aliens. I really liked the ratchet and clank stuff they threw in such as the dinosaur boss and the saw blade gun which was so awesome tearing people into pieces with!

I was like, "Oh shit."

No, its Capelli, The only member left in Hale's squad.

If this is only the beginning, wonder how R3 will be.
