Halo 3, Fable 2 and Gears of War 2 will hit the PC, 100% sure, and Braid is confirmed on PC too.

In late 2009 or maybe even in 2010. Good luck with that :P

It will be worth the wait.  Like all good 360 games it will recieve a PC port with vastly superior graphics, a better interface, better controls and in most cases extra content often including stuff the 360 just can't handle (see Gears of War) or stuff you would have to pay for on the 360 (see Mass Effect).

Also, the PC version will cost 10 dollars less and have free online play.  It's not like there aren't 15 A list games out from the past year on the PS3 to keep people busy anyway, and thats not even including PC releases.  I can be patient for a few months while they prepare the superior PC version of all the 360s best games (if not the PS3 version ala Bioshock).

So thats 8.5 games rated over 85% on the PS3 a year.

And 7.3 games rated over 85% on the 360 a year.

This.

PS3 does have a 90+ shooter it's called Uncharted (89 is a joke for this game) and according to Metacritic it was not as good of a game as Gemetry Wars.

The rest of what you said I agree with, but I think neither console needs PC at this point.

Calm down. Uncharted is 88%.

I stand corrected. Even still you have to agree that is a pretty bogus score for a game like Uncharted.

Who cares.

Army of Two is only 72% and I think 85% is the minimum for this game. Look at the sells and you will get that not only me thinks like that. I loose so many hours with my friends on it. Ninja Gaiden 2 deserve more then 81% IMO. I'm playing Dead Space now. GREAT Game! AAA for me, but 89% on Metacritics. Just play the damn game if you like it and don't take it too deep.

Soulcalibur IV 2008 85
Dead or Alive 4 2005 85
Dead Rising 2006 85

Total Xbox 360: 21

This proves the Xbox 360 needs the PC less than the PS3 does. It also proves two things, the PS3 isn't always the better partner to a PC and the 360 library doesn't completely rely on the PC/nor is it mostly PC ports. If you take the analysis further you will see that the 360 has 6 90+ games which aren't tied to the PC or Sports/Music games whilst the PS3 only has two. Furthermore the PS3 lacks any 90+ shooters of its own whilst the 360 has two. Even with the exclusive games coming this year, the 360 will likely still maintain its numerical lead both overall and in the crucial 90+ arena over the PS3.

Metacritic score is sadly distorted, because 70% of the Web and magazines that made the reviews are pro-MS.

I do tend to ignore metacritic. Usually I just average IGN and Gamespots review. If both give it a 9+ its almost always a great game.

Yep. Same here, but average IGN, Gamespots, Gametrailers and Metacritics.

Metacritics proves nothing.

They will know Helgan belongs to Helghasts

As usual, Metacritic analysis proves nothing.

Currently, the only reason I have to turn on the 360 is Gears 2. But that alone makes it worth having one. Even if it pops up on PC a year later, it's still a year later.

But there's enough crossover that it virtually boils down to a handful of titles on any platform that make it worth choosing one over the other if you can't afford both.

Gears or Uncharted? Forza or GT? Resistance or Halo? MGS or nothing comparable on the 360. LBP or nothing comparable on the 360. Banjo or Ratchet? Fable or Valkyria Chronicles (bad comparison since the RPG pickings are pretty slim on the PS3).

It doesn't make one a better choice than the other unless any of the platform specific titles are absolute must have. If so, then the choice is simple.

LOL. I wonder if PC gamers can plays Gears 2 online against console gamers. It might be a good match since 360 owners will get god knows how long of a head start on playing. I start today.
