I have a problem with GTA4 where I can no longer progress because no missions are popping up.  I finished "Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend" but there's no indicator on the map where I should go next.  I've been playing the side missions for the past two weeks and nothing has popped up and no phone calls.

I googled it and found out it's caused by incomplete character missions so I looked up my stats and found that my Phil missions are only at 25%.  The problem is, I looked up all four Phil missions but I can't start any of them because there's no marker.

I believe the next mission I have to do is "Catch the Wave" but Phil isn't at the Strip Club.  I can't find his office for the other mission.  Can someone please tell me where the yellow markers are for the Phil missions.   I hope this isn't a game over glitch.

Have you tried calling everybody in your phonebook? Quite an interesting problem....

Usually, there is a marker on the map showing the possible missions. I have never heard of this problem, so I can´t help you, sorry.
